Place a bid on a 1966 AMC Marlin used by Billy the Marlin during the early years of the Marlins impressive franchise history.  This midsize sport fastback sedan was actually used by the world-renowned mascot during the Marlins 1997 World Championship season.  The one-of-a-kind car was transformed into a convertible for all fans to see Billy as he cruised around during parades and on-field ceremonies at Dolphins Stadium.  All of the seats have been removed except for the driver’s side.  The body is the signature teal color of the Marlins baseball team.  It does need work to operate but is a great memory from early Marlins history.  This car comes with a certificate of authenticity that states it was used as the official car of the Florida Marlins baseball team.  The AMC Marlin model was produced for only three years (1965-1967) with just over 17,000 total units sold.

Buyer accepts these conditions as part of the agreement of sale:

1. This vehicle has been in storage at Dolphins Stadium and not driven since 1998. 
It is being sold in "as-is" condition, and Seller makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the state, condition or operability of the vehicle.

2. Buyer shall be solely responsible for obtaining a valid inspection for the vehicle in the State of Florida, and the vehicle should not be considered operable until a valid inspection is obtained.

3. This vehicle is being sold strictly subject to Buyer's agreement to release and forever hold the Florida Marlins, the Florida Marlins Community Foundation, and each of their partners, members, officers, employees and affiliates harmless of any and all liability arising from or relating to the condition or operability of the vehicle.
